How we work

We sell fixed scope and fixed price, which means every engineer owns the outcome — not a ticket queue. You scope the work with the client, architect it, build it, and stand behind it in production. There is no layer of project managers between you and the people who use what you ship.

Because the team is small and senior, you get unusual ownership and unusual leverage. You'll touch the whole stack of a delivery, sit in client conversations from day one, and have a direct hand in how the company builds. We optimize for people who'd rather ship one real system than slide-ware ten.
