Data referral partners. Earn 10% when eeko buys a business's data.

eeko licenses operational records from businesses and turns them into verified training data for AI. Data referral partners are the people who know those businesses: consultants, accountants, brokers, agency owners, and industry veterans. Introduce a company that holds years of tickets, accounting, CRM, job, or patient records, we do the valuation, the rights review, and the contract, and you collect 10% of the deal, up to $100,000 per deal.

What is the eeko data referral partner program?

The data referral partner program pays a finder's fee to anyone who introduces eeko to a business whose records we go on to license. The business sells or licenses its operational data to our AI training data practice; eeko de-identifies it, verifies it, and supplies it to AI teams; the partner who opened the door earns ten percent of what eeko pays the business. It is a finder's arrangement in the oldest sense, with the numbers written down in advance.

It exists because the best data is held by companies that have no idea it has a price. A plumbing firm with twelve years of dispatch logs, a dental group with a decade of scheduling and billing history, an insurance agency with every claim file since it opened. Those owners do not read AI industry news. They do read email from the accountant, the consultant, or the broker they have trusted for years. That person is the partner.

One honest caveat up front: eeko does not yet run a partner portal. There is no login, no referral code, and no tracking link. Introductions are credited to you by name and email, a named person on our data team keeps the ledger, and that person emails you at every change of status. If you want to see how the business side works before you apply, read how a company sells its data to AI companies; that is the journey your referral goes through.

A company with years of records is a referral waiting to happen.

Four tells. None of them depends on the industry or the software the business runs.

01 / tenure
Established businesses
Agencies, practices, stores, firms, operators, and contractors that have been trading long enough to have years of customers, transactions, and files, in whatever system they keep them.
02 / customers
Businesses that talk to customers all day
Helpdesks, call centers, clinics, dealerships, e-commerce brands. Anywhere a phone rings and an inbox fills, there are tickets, chats, calls, and email threads with outcomes attached.
03 / paperwork
Teams whose work leaves a trail
Claims, case files, policy and patient records, estimates, approvals, written procedures, and recorded screens: the paper trail of a job from first call to final invoice.
04 / fieldRARE
Operators with video and sensor data
Dashcams, flight and job-site footage, inspections, shop-floor cameras, fleet telematics, and maintenance logs from real operations. The scarcest category and often the best paid.

Insurance, healthcare, trades, retail, law, finance, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, aviation. If the business has been running for years, it has data we want.

The records a business makes by doing its job.

Partners do not need to audit anything. Ask what systems the business runs and how long it has run them; we work out the rest.

What eeko buys from the businesses you introduce

  • Tickets and chats — every customer question with its answer.
  • Calls — sales, service, intake, and dispatch recordings, with consent handled by us.
  • Email and messages — threads with customers, suppliers, and staff.
  • Invoices, quotes, and books — years of pricing, estimates, payments, and ledgers.
  • CRM histories — leads, notes, follow-ups, and the deals that closed or did not.
  • Jobs, dispatch, and scheduling — work orders, routing, field notes, completions.
  • Claims, estimates, and inspections — insurance and restoration files with their photos and scopes of work.
  • Contracts, forms, and case files — the legal, financial, and admin paperwork.
  • Procedures and screen recordings — how the work is actually done, written or recorded.
  • Photos and video of work — job sites, before-and-afters, people doing the job.
  • Clinical and patient records — stripped of identifiers, with eeko handling consent and compliance.
  • Sensor, fleet, and telematics — dashcams, GPS, equipment logs, maintenance history.

The systems do not matter: Salesforce or a spreadsheet, ServiceTitan or a paper job book that was scanned, QuickBooks or NetSuite, Epic or a dental practice suite. If it is on a server somewhere, we can value it.

From introduction to commission.

You open the conversation. We carry it to a signed licence and keep you informed by email at every step.

STEP 01
Apply
Two minutes on the form below: who you are, which businesses you could introduce, and how you know them. A person on the eeko team reads it and replies by email, typically inside a few days.
STEP 02
Introduce
Once approved, you send each introduction by email to your named contact on the data team. It is logged against your name and email with the date it arrived. A warm email to the owner, copying us, is the ideal format.
STEP 03
We value and license
We talk to the business, give them a free valuation, review rights and privacy, make the offer, and handle the licence. Your contact emails you as the status moves: contacted, qualified, offer, signed, closed.
STEP 04
Get paid
10% of the deal value, capped at $100,000, sent within 30 days of closing with a statement. Later deals with that same business inside 12 months pay again.

The referral terms, in plain words.

what you earn
The numbers, fixed in advance

A referral is a business that holds data, has not been in contact with eeko before, and is introduced by you before we reach them by any other route. The earliest logged introduction wins if two partners name the same company.

  • 10% Of each purchase or licence eeko signs with the business
  • $100,000 Maximum commission on any single deal
  • 12 months Deals signed within a year of your introduction count
  • 30 days Payment after closing, with a written statement
  • Your choice Bank transfer, PayPal, or invoice; W-9 for US partners
what we ask
Honest introductions, nothing more

The program works because business owners trust the person who introduces us. We protect that trust on both sides.

  • No promises Do not quote prices or terms on eeko's behalf
  • No spam Warm introductions only; we decline bulk outreach
  • Not your own company No commission on your employer's data, though you can sell it to us directly
  • We may pause If introductions are consistently not a fit
  • Changes never cut past deals Updated terms apply to new introductions only; the full agreement arrives on approval

A person reads every application and we answer inside one business day with a decision or a question, from a named contact you will deal with from then on. Anything to add in the meantime goes to thomas@eeko.systems.

What a referral partner actually does.

Accountant image · 800 × 1000
The accountant — sees ten years of books and jobs at year end, and knows which clients have been trading the longest.
Broker image · 800 × 1000
The broker — one email to an agency principal, copying the eeko data team, and the introduction is logged.
Consultant image · 800 × 1000
The consultant — already inside the systems, already trusted, already knows what the client holds.

Data referral partners: your questions.

How much does a data referral partner earn?

Ten percent of what eeko pays on each data licence or purchase it signs with a business you introduced, capped at $100,000 per deal. If eeko pays a company $80,000 for a decade of helpdesk and CRM history, your commission is $8,000. Later purchases by that same business within twelve months of your introduction count as separate deals, each with its own commission.

Which businesses make good data referrals?

Any company that has been trading for a few years and keeps records of its work: insurance agencies, clinics and practices, retailers and online stores, law and accounting firms, logistics operators, home service companies, manufacturers, software firms, aviation and fleet operators. The signal is history in a CRM, a helpdesk, an accounting system, a job or claims platform, a practice management system, or a camera. Industry matters less than years and outcomes.

Do I have to negotiate or sell anything?

No. Your part is the introduction. The eeko data team talks to the business, values what it holds, reviews rights and privacy, makes the offer, and handles the licence. You can stay on the thread or step back entirely. Please do not quote prices or terms for eeko; a warm introduction and an honest description of what the business does is all we need.

How are my introductions tracked without a partner dashboard?

By name and email. When your application is approved you receive a reply from a named person on the data team. From then on you send introductions to that person by email, each one is logged against your name and email address in our records, and the same person emails you when the status changes: contacted, qualified, offer made, signed, or closed. There is no portal to log into, and nothing is tracked automatically; a person keeps the ledger and you can ask for it at any time.

What happens if two partners introduce the same business?

The earliest one on record earns. Each introduction is logged with the date it arrived, so the question is settled by the timestamp, not by who followed up more. If eeko was already in contact with the business before your introduction, we tell you straight away so you are not waiting on a commission that cannot come.

When and how is a referral commission paid?

Within 30 days of the data deal closing, by bank transfer, PayPal, or against an invoice, whichever you choose. Before the first payout we confirm your payment details and collect a W-9 from US partners or the equivalent form elsewhere. Each payment comes with a statement showing the deal value, the percentage, and the amount.

Who is approved as a data referral partner?

People with real relationships: management consultants, accountants and bookkeepers, insurance and finance brokers, agency owners, software vendors and integrators, association leaders, and industry veterans whom business owners already trust. A person on the eeko team reads every application and replies by email, typically inside a few days. We decline applicants whose plan is cold outreach or bulk affiliate traffic.

Know a business owner sitting on ten years of records?

That is an introduction, and an introduction is worth ten percent of whatever eeko pays for the data. Apply in two minutes. A person replies by email, and from then on you deal with a named contact who keeps your ledger. No portal. A person and a promise.
