screen capture program / customer support

AI training jobs for customer support agents. Every ticket you close is a lesson.

The knowledge base says what the policy is. It does not say which of three systems to open first, how to spot the real problem under the one the customer described, or when a rule bends. Support agents, IT and help desk staff, billing and order specialists, and moderators record the apps they allow while they work the queue, and eeko's data practice pays for every task that clears review at a price you see before you take it, about $10 an hour for an agent who knows the work. Screen only. Never your calls.

From the form to the first credited ticket.

Nothing is recorded until the recorder is installed, the allow list is agreed, and either your employer has signed or you are working in a sandbox.

STEP 01
Apply
Your role, the help desk and tools you use, roughly how many hours you could give it, and a few lines on the tickets you handle most. A person replies within one business day.
STEP 02
Permission or sandbox
We approach your employer with a one-page agreement, or set you up in a sandbox or our sample help desk. Then a quick setup call: install the recorder, fix the allow list.
STEP 03
Work the queue
Pick up tickets as you normally do, with the recorder running in the apps you allowed. Pause for anything personal. Tag each task, watch it back, and upload.
STEP 04
Review and payout
A reviewer works through every upload within a few days, and every task that clears is credited at the price it was listed for, then paid out through Stripe with a per-task breakdown.

Priced per ticket, shown before you start.

per task
What a task is worth

Ticket types carry listed prices. A straightforward access reset pays less than a disputed refund that needs the order system, the payment processor, and a judgment call. You see the price, you choose the task.

  • About $10 Roughly what the listed prices add up to in an hour, for an agent who knows the queue
  • About $80 A week of ten recorded hours with most tasks accepted
  • No cap Record as many tasks as the queue gives you
  • No quota Quiet week, nothing uploaded, nothing owed
the terms
Extra, not instead

Your wages from the support job do not change. This is a licence fee for recordings that clear review, under a brief participation agreement that ends the moment you uninstall the recorder.

  • Stripe Accepted tasks credited and paid out automatically
  • First hour Paid in full even if every task in it is returned
  • Nothing to buy The recorder is ours and runs on your own computer
  • Prices in writing Confirmed before you record; a later change never touches tasks already accepted

What is an AI training job for a customer support agent?

An AI training job for customer support agents pays you to record, on screen, the way you actually resolve tickets, so that AI agents can learn to solve a customer's problem rather than merely answer it. There is no annotation and no rating of chatbot transcripts. You work your usual tools with a recorder capturing the windows you have allowed, and you are paid for each recorded task a reviewer accepts.

eeko builds enterprise AI agents and an AI receptionist for regulated companies, so we see the gap first-hand: models can write a polite reply but have never watched a person check the order history, notice the duplicate charge, and fix it in the billing system before replying. Our data practice records that know-how with consent, redaction, and a verifiable record on every item. Support sits beside the office work and design and editing programs, each listed with its rate on the get paid to train AI hub.

The tickets AI teams want to watch.

Variety beats volume. Six kinds of task make up most of what is accepted, and the ones with a judgment call in the middle are priced highest.

ticketsMOST WANTED
Standard ticket resolution
Reading the request, pulling up the account, checking history, finding the cause, writing the reply, and closing or tagging it in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Help Scout, or whatever your team runs.
technical
Troubleshooting
Reproducing a reported bug, reading a log, walking through settings, applying a known fix, and escalating with the notes an engineer would actually need.
money
Orders, refunds, and billing
Exchanges and returns, correcting an order, adjusting or cancelling a subscription, applying a credit, and chasing a failed payment across the store and the processor.
it
Help desk and IT admin
Password and MFA resets, access requests, device enrollment, software installs, and user or licence administration in Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or an admin console.
outbound
Sales development and outreach
Looking up an account, refreshing the CRM record, writing the opening email, and logging the follow-up, then booking the meeting.
trust
Moderation and data entry
Reviewing a report against policy, deciding, documenting the decision, handling the appeal; or moving records between systems accurately and quickly.

How the recorder is built to behave

  • Allowed apps only — a small tool for Windows or Mac that captures the windows on your allow list and nothing else. Your personal browser, Slack, and email stay invisible unless you add them.
  • No audio, ever — it cannot reach your microphone, headset, or webcam. Phone and voice support are not part of this program, and the customer is never heard.
  • Visible when running — a persistent indicator shows it is on. A single click pauses it when a personal message or a sensitive case comes up.
  • Local until you say so — sessions stay on your machine until you have watched them back and chosen to upload. Delete any you are unsure of.

What is removed before review

  • Who the customer is — names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, and account identifiers are redacted from chat, email, and ticket fields on screen.
  • How they pay — card numbers, bank details, and payment-processor references are masked.
  • Your credentials — password and MFA fields are masked at capture and never stored.

Employed by a support team or BPO

The company signs a one-page agreement naming the tools in scope, the redaction rules, and whether live or sandbox accounts are used. Teams join as a group so nobody has to raise it alone.

Sandbox or test account only

Many employers permit exactly this. Realistic test tickets in a sandbox instance pay the same as live ones, and they are easier to approve.

No permission available

Work our sample help desk instead: a backlog of orders, billing, access, and technical tickets, priced and paid identically. Many agents start here while their employer decides.

A task is credited once four checks pass.

check 1
A whole ticket, not a fragment
From opening the request to the reply, the close, or the escalation note. Half a ticket is not a task, and idle time between tickets should be paused.
check 2
Complete capture plus a tag
The allowed apps at full resolution, the inputs that go with them, and a one-line tag saying what kind of ticket it was. Untagged sessions are the usual reason for a return.
check 3
You were allowed to record it
A signed employer agreement, an approved sandbox, or our sample help desk. A live ticket with no agreement behind it is returned unpaid and never delivered.
check 4
Not the same ticket again
Each task is credited once. Re-uploading a session, or running the same canned macro on fifty identical test tickets, does not clear. The queue's variety is what is being bought.

Two minutes, tops. A person on the team reads it, confirms whether the program fits the queue you work, and explains how permission or a sandbox would be arranged. Questions about redaction go straight in the message box.

Support agents ask us.

How much do AI training jobs for customer support agents pay?

Per task, at a price you see before you accept it. Each ticket type carries a listed amount, and when your recording of it clears review that amount is credited to your balance. For an agent who knows the queue, the listed prices add up to roughly $10 for an hour of recorded work, paid in addition to your normal wages. A realistic week of ten recorded hours, with most tasks accepted, is about $80. There is no cap on tasks and no minimum you have to hit.

Why is this program paid per task instead of per hour?

Because a ticket is a natural unit. A password reset and a disputed refund take very different amounts of time, and AI teams buy them as distinct examples, so we price them separately and show you the price up front. Per-task pay also means a fast, experienced agent is not penalized for being quick. The $10 figure is an estimate of what the listed prices come to in an hour, not a wage, and nobody is asked to treat it as one.

Are my calls or my voice recorded?

No. The recorder captures the application windows you have allowed and the clicks and keystrokes within them. It has no access to your microphone, your headset, or your webcam, so phone and voice support are never captured, and the customer on the other end is never heard. Chat and email text visible on screen is redacted the way the privacy section describes. If your role is mostly phone work, the recordable part is what you do in the help desk tool between and after calls.

Customer data is all over my tickets. How is it protected?

Three ways. Your employer agrees in writing before any live ticket is recorded, and many choose to permit only a sandbox or test account. Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, payment details, and account identifiers are redacted from the recording before a reviewer sees it. And you review every session yourself before it uploads, with the option to delete it. What remains is the sequence of a problem being solved, which is what the buyers want and all they get.

Does my employer or the outsourcer I work for have to agree?

Yes, in writing, before real tickets are recorded. Support teams and BPOs usually join as a group under one short agreement that fixes the redaction rules, the tools in scope, and whether live or sandbox accounts are used, so no individual agent has to raise it with a manager. If you would like us to make that approach on your behalf, say so in the form. Recordings made without the employer knowing are refused and not paid.

What if my company only allows a sandbox or test account?

That is fine, and common. A sandbox instance of your help desk with realistic test tickets produces recordings that pay exactly the same as live ones, as long as you work them the way you would work a real queue. If your employer declines altogether, we provide a sample help desk of our own with a backlog of tickets across orders, billing, access, and technical issues, and tasks done there are priced and paid identically.

Who uses the recordings and what do they learn from them?

Approved AI organizations building agents that handle customer requests, under a written licence from eeko. From your recordings they learn what an experienced agent does that a knowledge base never says: which system to check first, how to spot the real problem under the stated one, when to escalate and with what notes. Each recording carries its own consent record, fingerprint, and signed provenance entry, personal details removed. The data capture page describes every stage.

Run a support team or an outsourcer?

Bring the entire queue onto the program under one agreement. We settle the redaction rules, the tools in scope, and the sandbox question with you before anyone installs anything, and every agent is paid for the tasks that pass review. A single page of terms, one contact at eeko, and no deck.
