Get paid to train AI. Record the work you already do.

The models behind tomorrow's robots and office agents have read the whole internet and still cannot fold a towel, bleed a radiator, or close the month's books. eeko pays $12 to $30 for every accepted hour of you doing exactly that, on camera or on screen, in addition to your normal pay. Sixteen programs, grouped below.

What does it mean to get paid to train AI?

For most people, getting paid to train AI has meant desk work: labelling photos, rating chatbot answers. eeko runs that too, through the expert network. The capture programs here are different. The training data is a recording of real work, made by the person doing it, where it normally happens. A plumber's camera sees the leak, the test, the choice of fitting, and the moment the job is done. A bookkeeper's recorder sees the invoice, the ledger, and every click between.

That is what robotics labs and the teams building enterprise AI agents are short of. They can simulate a warehouse but not the judgment of a picker reaching into a crushed tote. So eeko's data practice pays people to record it, reviews each upload, strips out anything personal, and licenses the result to approved buyers with a signed provenance record on every item.

For you it is paid side work with no quota. You keep your job and your wage, record when the work suits it, and are paid for each hour a reviewer accepts. The first hour you upload is paid regardless.

Camera and screen capture overview · 2100 × 900
Two kinds of recording, one rule: real work, done by someone who knows how, with everyone involved agreed in writing.

Paid AI training jobs for people who work with their hands.

A small camera on your chest or head, worn through a normal shift. The footage teaches robots the physical skills only people have today. Rates are per accepted hour and rise with how scarce the work is.

From application to first payout, in four steps.

Every program follows the same path. What changes is the kind of recorder and whose signature is needed before you press record.

STEP 01
Choose a program
Each program page lists the tasks buyers want from that line of work, the consent rules that apply, and the questions people in that job tend to raise.
STEP 02
Apply on the program page
Your role, where you work, how you are employed, and a few lines on what a normal shift looks like. No CV, no interview. A real person replies within one business day.
STEP 03
Set up on a short call
Camera placement and consent forms for hands-on work, or installing the recorder and choosing which apps it may see for screen work. Twenty minutes, usually less.
STEP 04
Record, upload, get paid
Do your normal job. A person reviews each upload inside a few days, accepted hours go on your balance at your rate, and payouts go out through Stripe with every item listed.

What counts as an accepted hour.

Review is the buyer's quality gate moved to the front. Once you have the hang of it, expect roughly 70 to 85 percent of what you record to be accepted.

Review image · 1200 × 900
Every upload is checked by a person against the same four questions, and you see the result of each one.

Four questions a reviewer asks

  • Is it real work? Your hands, your tools, and whatever is being fixed or made, from your point of view. On screen, a complete task in your everyday software. Breaks, travel, and idle time are paused out.
  • Can we see it? In focus, lit well enough to follow, camera mounted the way we showed you. On screen, full resolution with clicks and keys captured, plus a short note describing the task.
  • Did everyone agree? Written consent from the customer, employer, facility, or client, depending on the program. We supply the forms and, for teams, have the conversation ourselves.
  • Is it new? Each job or task is paid once. Repeating the same simple action for hours, or re-uploading footage, is not accepted.

If an upload is rejected the note says why, so the next one is not. Your first hour is credited either way.

Hands-on and clinical programs

Your own phone or action camera does the recording, mounted on your chest or a headband. We walk you through the setup but do not ship hardware. Consent comes from the customer, site, facility, or patient, and we provide the forms.

  • $12 to $30 per accepted hour, by program
  • Blurring faces, plates, labels, screens, and mail removed before delivery
  • Pause anytime a difficult conversation or an emergency is never recorded
  • Teams welcome one agreement covers a whole crew, kitchen, or ward
screen
Office, support, and creative programs

We provide the recorder. It runs on your computer, sees only the applications you tick, and uploads when you tell it to. Client data is masked, and your employer signs off where the work is not your own.

  • $25 per accepted hour for office and design work
  • About $10 per hour for support, priced per task and paid on acceptance
  • Nothing to buy the recorder is free and removable in one click
  • Practice data allowed your own files or sample data count as real work

Run a crew, a kitchen, a ward, or a shop? Sign up the whole team.

Most hands-on footage is recorded by groups, because the site owner is the one who has to say yes. One agreement with eeko covers everybody.

One conversation about consent

We agree the consent process, notices, exclusion zones, and licence terms with the owner or compliance team once. Nobody on the floor has to ask a supervisor alone.

You decide what stays private

Product lines, recipes, clients, benches, or stations can be excluded outright. Drawings, screens, and paperwork caught on camera are blurred, and the company can restrict the licence its footage is sold under.

Workers paid, not the business

Capture payments go to the person who wore the camera or ran the recorder, through their own Stripe account. The business gets a record of what was recorded, when, and under which terms.

Who uses the recordings, and what they get.

The pay is real because the data is worth real money to the teams building robots and agents. Here is what they receive.

Robotics lab image · 800 × 1000
Robotics labs — whole-task footage for policies that have to work in real kitchens, warehouses, and homes.
AI agent training image · 800 × 1000
Agent teams — screen recordings of real tasks so office agents learn the order of operations, not just the buttons.
Provenance record image · 800 × 1000
Their counsel — a consent entry, a cryptographic fingerprint, and a signed provenance record on every delivered item.

Recordings are de-identified, fingerprinted, timestamped, and delivered under a written licence. Buyers can read how eeko records training data and the robotics training data page.

Getting paid to train AI: the questions people ask first.

How does getting paid to train AI actually work?

You record yourself doing the job you are already paid for, and eeko pays a second time for the recording. Hands-on programs use a small camera on your chest or head; screen programs use a recorder that captures only the applications you tick. A person reviews each upload, and every hour that clears goes on your balance at your program's rate, between $12 and $30. Your wage does not change; this is a separate payment, counted on accepted hours.

How much does it pay to train AI by recording your work?

Between $12 and $30 for each accepted hour, set per program. Cleaning, kitchen, farm, and retail work pay $12. Warehouse and factory work pay $15. The trades, mechanics, and barbers or stylists pay $20. Veterinary and lab work start at $25, nursing, surgical, and dental work start at $30, and office and design screen work pay $25. Customer support is priced per task at roughly $10 an hour, and licensed clinicians are quoted per project. Your rate is put in writing before you record, and accepted hours are never repriced.

Do I need technical skills or AI experience to join?

No. The only qualification is being good at your own job, because that is what the recordings are for. There is no CV screen and no interview. After you apply on a program page, a short call covers camera placement or recorder setup, what a complete recording looks like, and how consent works in your line of work. From then on you do your normal work and upload when it suits you.

Is getting paid to train AI legitimate, or is it a scam?

It is legitimate paid side work from eeko systems, an enterprise AI agency that builds production systems for regulated companies. It is not employment: no set hours, no quota, no penalty for stopping. Joining costs nothing, we never charge for equipment, training, or review, and the only financial detail we hold is the Stripe account that receives your payouts. Each payout lists the uploads it covers.

Which jobs qualify for a paid AI training program?

Sixteen programs are open: the skilled trades, housekeeping and cleaning, cooking and restaurant work, warehouse work, factory and assembly work, mechanics, farm and landscape work, retail and grocery, barbering and styling, veterinary work, nursing and caregiving, lab work, surgical and dental work, bookkeeping and office work, customer support, and design and editing. If your job is close to one of these but not named, apply through the nearest program and describe what you do.

Who uses the recordings and what happens to my privacy?

Approved AI and robotics organizations license the recordings to train and evaluate their systems. Before anything leaves eeko, faces, names, screens, labels, mail, and other identifying details are blurred or removed, and the consent record for each recording travels with it. Recordings are never posted publicly, sold on an open marketplace, or used outside the written licence, and every item carries a signed provenance record.

Can an employer sign up a whole team to record?

Yes, and most hands-on recording happens that way. A contractor, restaurant, warehouse, plant, clinic, salon, or lab joins as a group. eeko agrees the consent process, exclusion zones, and licence terms with the owner or compliance lead once, and everyone on the team records under that agreement. Each worker is paid for the hours they personally record. Say so in the form on the relevant program page and we will set it up with you.

Your job is the training data. Pick a program and apply.

Two minutes to apply, one business day for a real person to reply, one short call to set up, and your first hour paid no matter what. No deck. A rate, in writing, before you record.
