AI training jobs for nurses and caregivers. From $30 per accepted hour, starting in the skills lab.
Nurses, CNAs, home health aides, caregivers, and nursing students clip on a small camera to demonstrate care tasks, or to carry them out. eeko pays from $30 for each hour of footage a reviewer accepts. Most of it is recorded on mannequins and consenting volunteers in skills labs and classrooms. Real care is recorded only in facilities that have signed with eeko, with written consent from every patient or their representative, and never otherwise.
What is never recorded, and what is.
If you read nothing else on this page, read this. These rules are agreed with a facility's compliance team before any camera is switched on.
No patient is recorded unless the facility has signed a written agreement with eeko and the patient, or their legal representative, has consented in writing before the shift. Where a person cannot meaningfully consent and nobody can do so for them, there is no recording.
- Never Footage made without the facility's knowledge; refused and unpaid
- Never Faces, charts, wristbands, monitors, door signs, or voices shared
- Never Recording you have to negotiate with a patient on your own
- Never Public posting, open marketplaces, or use to evaluate staff
Most footage in this program involves no patient at all: a transfer demonstrated on a mannequin, a dressing change on a consenting volunteer, a gait exercise in a classroom. It is paid at the same rate as real care, and it is where almost everyone starts.
- Always De-identified inside eeko before anything leaves
- Always A patient can withdraw afterward and the clip is pulled
- Always Your call to pause: dignity, distress, a conversation, anything
- Always Consent record attached to every clip that is delivered
What are AI training jobs for nurses and caregivers?
AI training jobs for nurses and caregivers pay you to record the physical side of care from your own point of view: transfers, repositioning, washing and dressing, vital signs, dressings, equipment setup, and range-of-motion work. The footage teaches assistive robots and AI systems how a trained person supports another human body safely. eeko reviews every upload and pays from $30 for each accepted hour.
Helping someone out of bed without hurting them or yourself takes years to learn and cannot be learned from a diagram. Robotics teams working on elder care have plenty of footage of people lifting boxes and almost none of a CNA doing a two-person transfer with a slide sheet. That is why this program sits at the top of the rate card on our get paid to train AI hub, and why it is run under stricter rules than any other track in eeko's data capture practice.
Buyers receive de-identified footage through our healthcare training data line, with a signed provenance record and the consent chain on every item.

The path runs from the skills lab outward. Nobody records real care on day one, and many never need to.
The physical work of care, task by task.
Within your scope of practice, and within whatever the facility has approved. Lab demonstrations of every task below are accepted.
If and when real care is recorded, this is how.
The consent chain, in order
- The facility signs — a care home, agency, hospital unit, or nursing school signs a written agreement covering its privacy obligations, the tasks in scope, the rooms and residents excluded, and how footage is de-identified. eeko works through it with compliance.
- The patient consents — in writing, before the shift, personally or through a legal representative. No consent, no recording. No capacity and no representative, no recording.
- You record only what was approved — and pause for anything else: an uneasy resident, a family visit, a hard moment, a coworker who would rather not be in frame.
- eeko de-identifies — faces, charts, wristbands, monitors, door signs, and voices are removed inside eeko before a buyer sees a frame.
- Withdrawal works — a patient can withdraw afterward, and the consent record on each clip is what makes that traceable.
Operate a care home, a home-care agency, or a nursing program? Say so in the form. Facilities begin with their own skills lab, settle consent and exclusions with eeko first, and each staff member or student is paid for their own accepted hours.
How the rate works for aides, students, and registered nurses.
Counted on accepted footage
- $30 base — per accepted hour for CNAs, LPNs and LVNs, home health aides, caregivers, therapy aides, medical assistants, and students.
- Licensed clinicians per project — registered nurses and other licensed roles are quoted above the base, in writing, before any recording, the way eeko pays specialists in its expert network.
- Accepted, not scheduled — a reviewer passes footage that shows real care work from your point of view, is clear enough to follow, is covered by consent, and is not a repeat. Expect 70% to 85% to pass.
- A realistic week — ten recorded hours, eight accepted, $240 at the base rate.
- Separate from your pay — your employer or school is unaffected. This is a payment for recordings under a short participation agreement, not a wage.
- Paid through Stripe — reviewed inside a few days, credited, and paid out automatically. No minimum, no exclusivity, stop whenever you like.

Nurse and caregiver AI training jobs, asked often.
Can I take part without recording any real patients?
Yes, and most people in this program never record a patient at all. Demonstrations on a mannequin or a consenting volunteer, whether in a skills lab, in a classroom, or in your own living room, are accepted and paid at the same rate as real care. A transfer shown properly on a training mannequin teaches an assistive robot almost everything a real one would. Staying in the lab permanently is a complete way to participate.
How does patient consent work for AI training recordings?
Slowly, in writing, and never through you alone. Real care is recorded only inside facilities that hold a signed agreement with eeko, and only when each patient, or their legal representative, has given written consent before the shift. Where a person is unable to consent meaningfully and no representative exists to consent for them, there is no recording, full stop. The facility's compliance team sets the exclusions, and you are never asked to raise it with a patient yourself.
How much do AI training jobs for nurses and caregivers pay?
From $30 for each hour of footage that passes review, paid by eeko in addition to your wages. $30 is the base rate for CNAs, home health aides, caregivers, therapy aides, medical assistants, and students. Registered nurses and other licensed clinicians are quoted per project, above the base, in writing, before anything is recorded. Pay follows accepted footage, not hours on shift; reviewers pass roughly 70% to 85% of uploads. Ten recorded hours with eight accepted is $240 at the base rate.
Is this allowed under HIPAA and patient privacy law?
Recording in any clinical or care setting happens under a facility agreement, in writing, that addresses its patient privacy obligations, with consent collected before the shift and footage de-identified inside eeko before it goes anywhere. Faces, charts, wristbands, monitors, door signs, and voices are removed. eeko refuses footage recorded without the facility's knowledge and does not pay for it. Skills-lab and mannequin recordings involve no patient and no protected information at all.
What camera do I wear, and will it interfere with care?
Your own phone or a small action camera on a chest mount, with nothing dangling that could catch on a lift, a line, or a bed rail. Both hands stay free. You can stop recording at any moment, and we expect you to whenever care, dignity, or a conversation calls for it; unrecorded minutes are not counted or questioned. eeko does not ship equipment, but checks what you have on the onboarding call.
Can a patient change their mind after the recording?
Yes. A patient or their representative can withdraw consent afterward, through the facility or directly to eeko, and the footage is removed from anything not yet delivered and flagged for removal under the license terms of anything already delivered. Every clip carries its own consent record, which is what makes a withdrawal traceable. The signed audit trail is described on our verified human data page.
Who uses the footage, and for what?
Vetted AI and robotics organizations building assistive systems for elder care, rehabilitation, and home support. They license de-identified footage from eeko under a written agreement, with the facility agreement and each consent record attached to every item. It is used to teach machines how a skilled person moves, supports, and attends to someone safely. It is never posted publicly, never sold on an open marketplace, and never used to evaluate you or your facility.
Animal, lab, or surgical work? Each has its own track.
The health programs share the same consent-first rules. Rates follow how rare and how regulated the footage is.
