Apply as an expert. Five minutes now, a real reply within one business day.
Tell us your field, your credentials, and the hours you can give. If a project matches, we verify your qualifications privately and invite you to paid remote AI training work in your own specialty, with the rate and the scope written down before you accept. No interview bot, no unpaid trial, no queue.
Three things every expert application is read for.
We are not sorting for volume. Each project goes to a handful of people who can be trusted with it, so the application is short and the bar is specific.
- MD, DO, RN, PharmD, PsyD, or equivalent
- JD and bar admission, patent registration
- PE, CPA, CFA, FSA, PhD, trade license
- Clear written reasoning
- Comfortable saying when something is wrong
- Willing to take feedback from a peer
- Any amount from a few hours a month
- On time when you accept
- Reachable while a project is open

Everything here stays between you and the eeko data team. Fields marked with an asterisk are required; the rest help us match you faster.
Your expert application is with the data team.
A person reads every application, and we reply within one business day with next steps or an honest note that nothing in your field is open yet. Prefer email, or want to attach a CV now? Write to thomas@eeko.systems.
What happens after you apply as an expert.
Four steps, each with a person on our side of it. Nothing moves forward without your say-so.
What you would be paid to do in your field.
Writing, grading, labeling, reviewing
- Physicians and clinicians — author clinical cases, grade model-generated differentials and plans, label imaging, and flag anything that would harm a patient.
- Lawyers — write fact patterns, mark up AI-drafted agreements, check citations, and grade legal analysis against the actual law.
- Finance and accounting professionals — build valuation and tax cases, grade investment memos, and correct the treatment of a journal entry.
- Scientists and mathematicians — write new problems with full solutions, verify proofs and derivations step by step, and critique experimental designs.
- Engineers and software architects — check calculations and CAD against the standards you work under, review AI-written code, and grade system designs.
- Linguists and translators — judge translations, post-edit machine output, transcribe audio, and label structure in your native language.
- Operators, trades, and creatives — record teleoperation demonstrations, narrate real jobs, critique designs and compositions.
Every project ships to the buyer with a signed provenance record on each item proving a verified expert made it. Your name is not on it. Read more about the expert data annotation jobs we run, or browse the open gigs and their rates.
What you agree to, and what we promise.
Before or after you apply.
Applying as an expert, asked often.
What happens after I apply as an expert?
A member of the eeko data team reads your application and replies within one business day. If your field matches open or upcoming projects, we ask for the documents that confirm your credentials, verify them privately, and invite you to the first project that fits with the task, rate, and deadline written out. If nothing matches yet, you stay in the network and hear from us the moment a request in your field arrives. There is no automated interview and no scoring bot in between.
Do I need to attach a resume to apply?
Not on this form. Give us a link to your LinkedIn profile, a portfolio, or a faculty page if you have one, and summarize your qualifications in the message. When we reply we will ask for a CV and for the documents that let us verify your license, certification, or degree. Everything you send is stored privately, used only to confirm your eligibility, and never shared with the AI teams who buy the data you produce.
Is there an AI interview or a proctored test?
No. We do not screen experts with recorded video interviews, personality questionnaires, or timed proctored exams. A person checks your identity and credentials. Where a field needs evidence that you understand the project guidelines, we set a short calibration task in your own specialty, and we pay for it at the project rate. If your work on the calibration task does not meet the bar, we tell you why in writing.
Which fields are you accepting applications in?
Medicine and health, law, finance and accounting, mathematics and the physical sciences, life sciences, engineering, software and machine learning, languages and translation, robotics and teleoperation, architecture and design, music, and the skilled trades. The sixteen specialties we recruit most actively are listed on our experts by field directory. If your discipline is not there, apply anyway and describe it in the message; requests from AI teams open new fields regularly.
Can I apply if I am outside the United States?
Yes. The eeko expert network is remote-first and international. Credentials from any jurisdiction are welcome as long as we can verify them, and several projects specifically need practitioners trained under non-US law, standards, or clinical guidelines. Tell us where you are based and which jurisdictions you are qualified in. Payment is made in US dollars to a bank account in your name once your identity and tax details are confirmed.
Does applying commit me to anything?
No. Applying puts you in the network and tells us what you can do and when. Every project is offered, not assigned: you read the brief, the rate, and the deadline, and you accept or pass. There is no minimum number of hours, no exclusivity clause, and no penalty for declining work. You can update your availability or leave the network at any time by emailing us, and we delete your application materials on request.
Apply once. Decide project by project.
